Please allow up to 7 business days from the date of order to receive your GuitarGuard (although most orders are received quicker, as we process all orders within 24 hours of receipt). If you would like order status information on your package please email us at orders@guitarguard.net and
we will let you know the details of your orders!. All orders ship via the USPS.
UPS, or Fed Ex depending on practical shipping prices and current gas surcharges.

CANCELLATION POLICY
At GuitarGuard your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. If a customer
needs to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us at info@guitarguard.net
and we will
be happy to cancel your order(s) or work with you to provide any changes
you may wish to make to your order.
RETURNS:
Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed. We encourage you to unpack your GuitarGuard and start enjoying it. You cannot break it, so whether you are jamming at home or on stage, playing jazz, or rocking out, let it fly and enjoy your GuitarGuard. If for any reason you are not 1000% satisfied, return it to us for a full refund, no questions asked. We do not accept returns on any custom items. Shipping and handling charges do apply to returns. Returns must be authorized within 14 business days from the date you received your items. You must email us at orders@guitarguard.net and
receive a return authorization number (RAN) before sending the items back to
us. Please write this number on the return package. This helps us track all
returns and allows us to expedite your refund. Shipping charges are non refundable
EXCHANGES:
No problem; again, please reach out to us via orders@guitarguard.net and
let us know the deal, and we'll be happy to work with you to get you the color
and style that you wish. As with refunds, your satisfaction is our guarantee,
but as always you must pay the freight and handling fees.
